Yesterday was js' court case. Wondering what has happened? Guess its an incident like 2 years back. A tp stopped js and caught him for his visor, saying its too dark or what. Something like that. After that, i dont really know what happened, but they had some argument. The tp said he's going to summon js for that visor thing. Js said go ahead.
A week later or so, the summon letter came. But it was not only a summon of the visor. In the letter, it also included that js was summoned for reckless riding! Which he claimed that he didnt do it at all! Maybe i should describe it more seriously, he sweared he didnt do it at all. Fyi, this summon needs 12 demerit points.
He didnt pay for it. So court letter came. Went to court and he didnt wanna admit. So this case kept postponing. Js decided to fight this case with the tp.
Until yesterday, the result was, he lose. He had to pay $900 fine and 12 demerit points.
What is this?? Did nothing wrong AT ALL and still need to pay $900 fine and 12 demerit points for nothing??
People tell me, " so stupid. Pay 200 fine dont want. Go fight with them and now need to pay $900" .
Oh please la, why must he give way since he did nothing wrong?
Earlier on, the tp side called js up. Saying that they've got evidence against him for his reckless riding. However, there wasnt any evidence in court but 2 witnesses yesterday. Guess who? That tp who accused js and IO. Ooops sorry, shouldnt use the word accused. Should be that tp who saw js riding recklessly.
In court, js said " why didnt the tp catch me on the spot for reckless riding? "
That tp said because js told him he was rushing for time.
Power man, can catch js for stupid visor but reckless riding this serious thing he didnt wanna catch him on the spot just because js said he was rushing for time.
Haha, spore tp is so understanding leh.
Oh yar, one important thing, js didnt say that he was rushing for time at all -,-
So many loop holes in this case yet the judge chose to believe them and even say what they said make sense.
Haha, justice? *applause
