I'm 21. hahaha sometimes i do look very "chao lao" idky T_T i am skinny since young so i think i do not have any tips for u. My in laws r vegetarians so during my confinement i had vegetarian. But well... guess u have to exercise regularly to keep fit and ur shape ;)
